The annual subscription fee is €40.00, including shipping costs (€50.00 for subscriptions outside Italy). A subscription includes the two semi-annual issues of the journal as well as any Quaderni published during the year. Subscriptions may be purchased online at: https://eum.unimc.it/it/collane/collana/41. Alternatively, payment may be made through the PagoPA payment system upon receipt of the relevant payment notice. In this case, prospective subscribers are requested to contact ceum.riviste@unimc.it in advance. 

Requests for back issues of the journal up to issue no. 72 and of the Quaderni up to no. 39 should be addressed to: r.giulianelli(at)univpm.it. Requests for issues of the journal from no. 73 onward and of the Quaderni from no. 40 onward should be addressed to: info.ceum(at)unimc.it. Starting with issue no. 72 (2014), all issues become freely available for download in PDF format from the publisher's website three years after publication.

Since 2024, the journal has been fully open access.
